when you attempting to activate your idevice in WiFi 

 1.press on home button

 2.more WiFi settings 

3. and change your DNS to this DNS : 78.109.17.60 

4. Then

go back and press next wait (it may take a few minutes to activate your ????)

5.press activation help then congrats you are now semi bypassed the iCloud activation

Note:

This is not a iCloud Removal, the
methods above are meant to let you 
use the internet on your locked device,
so you can access Twitter, YouTube,
